Use the "GOTO 0" function to solve this problem
Stored positions are not correct 1.  Use the "Re-calculate function" to correct the first position
2.  If the problem re-occurs, check for a faulty reed sensor in your actuator
LED show |- or -|, and actuator cannot move Electronic limits are set.  Reset the limits in your receiver.

Reset the positioner
LED lights ON but the positioner does not work Unplug the power from the wall socket.  Wait for 10 seconds.  Plug in and check.
Unstable AC conditions cause the positioner to lock itself to protect the stored data.

Can't turn off with remote or power button When the LNB power is on, the positioner can not be turned OFF
