If you have purchased DMS International equipment and have a question about shipping or what should be included in the shipment, check with the company you purchased from. If we drop shipped for your reseller they will have the tracking information that we've emailed to them.
DMS International sells wholesale only. Each distributor and/or reseller agrees to give service and support to their customers when they sign up with us. If you have a technical problem contact the company you purchased from. DMS International does not give assistance for installing your equipment. Consider a professional installer for your installation needs.
If you have a failure problem, confirm that it is a problem with the equipment. Request a RA number before returning any equipment. You will receive a email with a RA number and complete instructions on returning the equipment.
