Don't throw away your
SG2100 box until you know you have all the parts that come with it.
The most commonly overlooked part is the elevation bracket
because it's wrapped in cardboard inside the box. Take a look at
the pictures below and make sure you've got all your parts out of
the box before disposing of the box.
