If you load the wrong software into your receiver or unplug your receiver before the loading process is complete, you may cause irreversible damage.  This problem is not covered under warranty.  You should get a RA number and send in your receiver for repair.  IF we are able to recover your receiver you can expect a US$45.00 repair charge plus return shipping charges.  US$45.00 covers the first hour of bench time.  If we cannot recover your receiver, we can repair it.  You will be responsible for the cost of all required replacement parts.
